We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for three nights and we had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. The staff here are extremely helpful and the service is top-notch. We were impressed by the room service, car hire, and laundry facilities available. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, which made our stay even more convenient. The room amenities were exceptional, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the sitting area and terrace in our room.

Profesional personnel, very helpfull and speaking english. The rooms were clean and spacious and had balconies. Breakfast & swimming pool were just perfect. The best hotel we have stayed in Italy. I have already recommended the hotel to a friend who will stay there next week.

Moist problems in several rooms, airconditioning in room didn't work very well, only some of the staff understand english.

I chose this hotel for a business conference and it provided excellent meeting facilities. The location, just a few kilometers from Catania Airport and the city center, was convenient. The hotel's meeting rooms were spacious and well-equipped, accommodating a range of group sizes.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have access to computers, printers, and other office equipment to assist with my work needs.

Hotel was very nice, value for money excellent. It is very well positioned for sightseeing eastern part of Sicily. Stuff was very kind and most of them speaking English, what is not so common in Sicily :) Breakfast was excellent...

Hard to find even with GPS...

A good hotel, close enough to Volcano area, with very good breakfast, large and comfortable rooms and good spa (reasonable fee to enter).

Room’s doors are short and you can hear everything from your neighbours... Parking was an issue (there was a wedding). Nothing at walking distance from the hotel.

I absolutely adored the charming and elegant decor of the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt like I was transported back to a more glamorous era. The grand and spacious areas were perfect for someone like me, a senior woman, to move around comfortably. The hotel's accessibility was excellent, with wide hallways and ramps provided for easy navigation. It was a delight to explore the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, which were impeccably maintained.

The only thing that I would have asked for to make my vacation even better is if the hotel had more attentive staff who understood the needs of senior guests. It would have been wonderful to have some assistance or guidance from them, as sometimes the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed or preoccupied.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our room. The bed was large and comfortable, and despite some cleanliness issues, the overall condition was good. The pool area was nice and relaxing, and we were even upgraded for free. The staff, especially Adriana, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good and the hotel garage was convenient. we had a pleasant experience at Grand Hotel Villa Itria.

There were some cleanliness issues with the room, including dusty bedside tables and a dirty Jacuzzi. The hotel was also undergoing refurbishment, so some areas were not up to standard.

Helpful and kind staff, spacey and clean room, reach breakfast and tasty food at dinner, I can only recomand it for every one but only in case that your're by car.

The shower is quite uncomfortable, small cabin and fixed shower head. If you drive by car to the Hotel be prepared that is not that easy to find...with GPS navigation be sure that you have the latest update..

Our romantic getaway was perfect thanks to the attentive staff and excellent facilities. The spa services were enjoyable and relaxing, and the pool was a great way to cool off from the heat. We also loved the convenient location near beautiful natural attractions and delicious restaurants.

Though we had a great time overall, we were a bit disappointed that the breakfast selection was limited and the service was slow. our room had a few minor issues with the electrical outlets.

We were impressed by the cleanliness, the hotel facilities, and the friendly staff. The breakfast was also great with a variety of options to choose from. The location, near the road to Etna in a green area, was peaceful and serene.

New Hotel so all the rooms and fixtures are pristine; room spacious and comfortable; staff was friendly and efficient; the spa was good with heated pool (very warm, more for relax than swimming!), sauna and lovely turkish bath; the hotel is in good location to visit Etna and the mountain towns and get some air though still not so far from Catania (need a car); breakfast was complete with good coffee...it's a largish place with a business/conference type feel so maybe not for those looking for small intimate style hotel but recommended for comfortable stay

Everything ok really

This hotel was a great choice for our holiday! The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, and we loved the beautiful grounds and pool area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was surprisingly delicious. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and cities.

While our overall experience was positive, we did have some minor complaints. The drinks selection at the bar could have been better, and the pool area was a bit crowded at times.
